COVID-19 Awareness



Although New Zealand has arrived at Level 1, we still feel it necessary to continue to keep our guests and staff safe. The team here at Hot Water Beach TOP10 will continue with its precautionary measures to ensure every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable.

We clean our units and facilities to ensure and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of units and communal facilities.
  • Frequent sanitization of highcontact points, such as door handles, light switches, reception counters, bathrooms, kitchens and tables.
  • Additional sanitizing of textiles such as couches and cushions.
  • Hand sanitizers placed at guest contact areas, such as reception, outside facility block and public bbq stations.

We care for our guests and employees by introducing additional measures to safeguard their wellbeing. Our measures include:

  • We offer contactless payment and checkin options.
  • All guests and supplier’s data is collected upon entry into the park.

We welcome our guests to our Holiday Park with the same warmth and hospitality as we have always done.


What is the Book with Confidence Guarantee?
For bookings made from 7th May 2020, the Book with Confidence Guarantee is applicable if you are no longer able to travel due to COVID-19 related restrictions and booked directly via www.hotwaterbeachtop10.co.nz or directly with the park.

In these and other similar cases there will be no charges levied to make changes to your booking dates. We will provide a 12-month credit with no cancellation or amendment charges added. In exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis, we may provide a full refund, also with no cancellation fees.

In the case of a request for a COVID-19 related amendment on personal grounds, guests may be requested to provide a medical certificate to confirm the medical grounds on which the request is based.
